Little Alien Hobbit Finds A Friend In A Boy! What 1980s Movie Is That? Wind Turbine Park California?
I am looking for a movie which came in tv around the 1980s ( not later than 85 ), about a boy, a loner who settles with his family into a new home and school somewhere in california. and one day a little alien hobbit / creature crash lands and befriends this boy. in their attempt to sent him back, they have to evade the authorities and other people.all i can remember is that it is made by mick garris, but when i check out imdb it doesnt shows under his site.and at the end there is a huge good bye scene in front of the californian wind turbine park, which the little alien also described as being a landing place ( he re-created it with plastic cup and straws in form of wind turbines ).first i thought it was fuzz bucket. but that movie doesnt ring any bells, even after i watched a trailer. and the boy in it has blond hair, not brown like in fuzz bucket.
